Progenics has a referral program to encourage our current clients to inform expectant mothers about our cord blood program and prevent them from missing the once-in-a-lifetime opportunity of banking cord blood.

If you refer a friend, relative, or anyone else who successfully banks their baby’s cord blood with us, you will receive a FREE year of storage. Effective May 10, 2010, the new client that you refer will receive a $25 discount on their cord blood processing fee. There is no limit to the number of referrals you can make. To be eligible for the $25 discount, the new client must inform Progenics of who referred them at the time of registration. They will not be eligible to receive the discount after their registration has been completed.

To obtain the free year of storage for referring a friend or relative, the new client must provide us with your name and home phone number or your Progenics ID (home phone number is preferred) when she registers. She can enter the information when she registers online, or provide us with it when she registers over the phone or in person. If she registers using our registration package, please ask her to write your name and home phone number on the registration form. Or, you can fill out the Referral Card, which can be picked up at our office or printed from our website. Please fax the Referral Card to 416-221-9727.  

A new client can be referred by only one existing Progenics client (the existing client whose name is provided by the new client first) and the referral must be made when the new client registers. The free year of storage will be added to the current client’s existing storage plan. After the new client's baby's cord blood has been successfully banked, then the client who referred them will be sent a receipt for the free year of storage (within approximately two months after the new client’s baby is born).  You can also check the status of your account through “MY ACCOUNT” on our website.
